I asked 2 employees in the shop, which handled the computer in the computer

room, to complete this evaluation form. I created this form so I could make

improvements to the documents I created for the company.

From the evaluation form we can clearly see that the employees say that the

bills (invoices) could be improved and therefore I will have to change them in

the future. I will also need to insert a logo in black and white and a picture of

the company so that this project is known to be realistic.

A content page will be also created in order to organise my project a bit more

and to make it easy for employees to search for any information.

I will also create a user-manual for the employees, so they can create and

manipulate the documents I created easily. This will help them to understand

the nature of the use of these documents and the MS Word application.

In this User-Manual I will also include screen-shots and
explanations so users can easily do back-up copies using
floppy disks, flash disks or a shared-folder in the intranet
or a private folder/account in the Internet (such as the Yahoo briefcase.)
